Kat Von D to marry in the summer

Rumours that Kat Von D, the famous LA Ink tattoo artist, and Jesse James are about to split up are definitely old news. The latest we’ve heard from the celebrity couple is that they plan to marry in the summer.

Jesse James, ex-husband of Hollywood star Sandra Bullock, has asked Kat to marry him on the day of the first anniversary of their first encounter.

They have both confirmed that their couple is strong and the wedding will happen as planned.

The couple began dating in August 2010, just two months after his divorce from Sandra Bullock was officially finalised.

At least this is one bride who will not try to hide her tattoos with make up on the wedding day.

Tattoo Removal – Hangover II gets the treatment

The Hangover II might be getting an expensive beauty treatment. Warner Bros. might be forced to spend more than $1 million to remove – digitally - Ed Helms' face tattoo in The Hangover Part II.

If the Hollywood producers cannot settle the lawsuit over the copy of Mike Tyson’s face tattoo, they will have to go for the tattoo removal option. Warners Brothers have told a Missouri judge that if the copyright lawsuit filed by tattoo artist S. Victor Whitmill cannot be settled before the movie's December DVD release, it will have to be digitally altered to remove the face tattoo.

The operation would take the best digital experts in Hollywood and take a bit of time but it can be done. It would certainly end up being the most expensive tattoo removal scheme ever seen. It could cost at least $1 million and maybe more.

Lawyers for Warners Brothers and S. Victor Whitmill are scheduled for a private mediation on June 16 in St. Louis. Let’s see if they can find a compromise to avoid the long hours of tattoo removal on the movie.

Billie Piper reveals a new Fox Tattoo

Billie Piper has just revealed a new tattoo. The new tattoo is just three letters...F.O.X on her ring finger on her left hand. This is quite a surprise since she's admitted previously that she regrets her other fox tattoo on her arm. But they are both dedicated to her husband actor Laurence Fox so I guess she's not willing to let them go or have them removed or covered.

She revealed the latest tattoo last night during her appearance as support for David Tennant in his latest production: the theatre show Much Ado About Nothing.

Getting tattoos dedicated to her husband is certainly ok but she should really pay more attention to style and design. The first tattoo is just plain text saying Mr Fox and the date of the wedding and the second tattoo is again plain letter with no style. There are so many great tattoo artists in London, she could pick any of them to do a great cover up with nice letters and a great design. Tattoo is not just about the meaning, it's also about art and design.
